Holly's Story

The creator and founder of LIFTED, Holly Rilinger was once the number one collegiate point guard in America. She began her athletic journey at age eight, eventually  making her way to the pros despite her underdog status at 5’4.

Holly has channeled all her years of training to create The LIFTED Method which combines the mental and physical strength required by world class-athletes through meditation and strength training.

Over the years Holly has been a Nike Master Trainer, Red Bull Athlete, Founding Flywheel instructor, spokesperson for Weight Watchers , and now an author and motivational speaker. Holly holds a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and has over a dozen certifications in training and nutrition.

  • Jennifer Ford

    Curator of Wellness Partnerships & Yoga Teacher

    Jennifer has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 25 years. She is a Reiki practitioner, certified aromatherapist and holds a degree in applied positive psychology. In addition to teaching yoga, Jennifer is the founder of Bent On Learning, a non-profit that has brought yoga to underserved public schools in New York City for over 20 years. Jennifer is a mom of two kids, born and raised in NYC.

  • Meg Cerone

    HIIT, Strength & Ride Coach

    Meg has an extensive background in running, strength training, and cycling, with master certifications in each of these fields. She is also a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor. Meg also holds a CSCS certification which is considered the gold standard in strength and conditioning. Meg is based in Los Angeles and is a mom of two.

  • Penny Lecky

    VP of Operations

    Penny started her career in buying and sales in the NY fashion industry working for Calvin Klein, Donna Karan and Richard Tyler. After having children, she pivoted careers and started an interior design and home staging business. She has extensive experience in business management, design and digital media. She is committed to a lifestyle of fitness and in 2020 became a yoga instructor.

  • Meloney Brydson

    Studio Manager & Strength Coach

    Meloney’s fitness journey began in Jamaica through various sports, teaching Bootcamp and personal training. She became a coach and trainer in the U.S. in 2020. Meloney (aka MEL) focuses on strength training for all fitness levels and teaches at our EAST HAMPTON studio and LIVESTREAM.

  • Courtney Paul

    Strength Coach

    Courtney is a veteran and NCCPT-Certified fitness coach with nearly 20 years' personal training and class-orientated experience in world-class health and fitness organizations in NYC. He offers a holistic approach with a focus on the whole body and nutrition. You can find Courtney at our TRIBECA sessions and soon in EAST HAMPTON and on LIVESTREAM.
