What if I am a beginner?

We welcome beginners and we are excited to help you get started! Please let us know if it’s your first class so we can help you get settled and comfortable whether it’s an in-person or virtual class. We offer modifications and you can always work at your own pace.

What options do I have for buying classes?

We offer two options both virtually and in-person — class packages or 30-day memberships.

What is your refund policy?

Classes and membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. Since this is the case we suggest buying a single class or class pack to make sure LIFTED is for you.

Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a store credit will be issued for up to 30 days. No returns will be provided without a receipt

Can I transfer or share my class package or membership?

Class packages can be shared. Memberships, however, are non-transferable.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask is that if you are going to miss the class, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. This allows us to make sure we can filly our spot. Anything canceled less than 12 hours before class starts is a late cancel, and you will forfeit the class from your package and incur a no-show fee if you have a membership.

When does the booking window open for the week?

You can book a class seven days in advance staring on Sunday at noon. .

What if I’m there close to class start or late to class?

We require you to be present five minutes before the class start time. This gives us time to get you into class and ready. After that, we reserve the right to give your spot to someone on the waitlist.

What is the wait list?

Sometimes classes sell out. If the class you want is sold out, you can get on our wait list. If a client cancels, you will automatically be added to the class in the order you signed up.

If you are pushed into the class 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the class, we will notify you by email. If a spot doesn’t open up, you still have a chance of getting in by arriving 5 minutes before class.

Can I move my reservation?

As longs as you are outside the 12-hour cancellation window, you can switch to another class.. If you need to move your booking — but there are less than 12 hours until your scheduled class — that’s considered a cancellation and the above policy would apply.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can find options under the gift card section.

Can I bring my phone into class with me?

Please leave your cell phone out of the stadium as this can be distracting for other guests and YOU.

How old do I have to be to come to LIFTED?

You must be attend LIFTED but accompanied by an adult until you are 18.
