QUICK LINKS : EQUIPMENT NEEDED

You will use the same equipment as in the first BLUEPRINT Program.

However, you most likely need some heavier weights!

If so you can shop Holly’s Amazon Shop.

For weights: Beginner set composes of 8lb, 10-12lb, and 15lb dumbbells. Remember : You are stronger than you think! 20lb dumbbells for bigger muscles is possible!
