LIFTED is now an official HYROX Training Club, and we’re about to take your training to a whole new level.

This isn’t a trendy fitness class.
This is a global race series built to break you down and build you back up—stronger, sharper, and more mentally dialed than ever.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is the world’s premier fitness race—a brutal blend of endurance and strength, with a fixed format that doesn’t lie:

  • 8 x 1K runs

  • 8 functional fitness stations between each run, including:

    • Ski Erg

    • Sled Push

    • Sled Pull

    • Burpee Broad Jumps

    • Row Erg

    • Farmers Carries

    • Sandbag Lunges

    • Wall Balls

It’s you vs. the clock. You vs. your limits. You vs. every excuse you’ve ever made.

And yes—anyone can do it. HYROX is intentionally designed to be scalable and accessible for everyday athletes. You don’t have to be elite. You just have to show up and be willing to grind.

What to Expect at LIFTED

We’re not just slapping a logo on the wall. We’re building a training system to help you prep for the real thing—or just get insanely fit in the process.

  • Weekly HYROX-Style Classes: Focused sessions that mimic race-day intensity while building your endurance, strength, pacing, and strategy

  • Official HYROX Prep Programs: Structured cycles designed to get you ready for your first (or next) race

  • Workshops + Simulations: Timed heats, pacing clinics, movement clinics, and mock race events right here at LIFTED

  • Community & Accountability: Train with teammates, track your times, and build toward a common goal with a crew that doesn’t quit

FAQs

Do I need to race?
Nope. HYROX training is an incredible standalone fitness tool—race or no race. But if you're interested in competing, we’ve got the roadmap to get you there.

What if I can’t run 8K?
Then we build you up. We scale. We sub. We progress. This is about becoming capable, not starting that way.

When do we start?
