If you’ve been in the studio on weekends or at our evening LABs, you’ve seen Marion—head down, sleeves up, doing the work. Since April, she’s flipped the script—stronger body, louder confidence, clearer mindset.

What consistency built

  • Whole-food basics dialed in

  • More daily steps, fewer excuses

  • +20–30 lbs on both her squat and deadlift
