Puppies, PRs & Purpose: Wags & Walks Took Over LIFTED

Sunday, August 10th wasn’t just another sweat-soaked day at LIFTED—it was one for the heart.

We teamed up with Wags & Walks, a rescue organization with one mission: save good dogs from bad situations. They’re all about breaking the stereotype of rescue dogs, pulling pups from high-kill shelters, and giving them a shot at the life they deserve.

This time, they went big—bringing a pack of wagging, wiggling rescues all the way from Los Angeles to the Hamptons. The goal? A better, brighter future for each of them.

Some of these little legends joined our members for the end-of-class stretch (yes, our cool-down turned into a cuddle-fest). And the best part? Three puppies found their forever homes on the spot. The rest are still waiting for their humans to show up and change their lives.
